By signing up to be an Affiliate for Mj Stitched you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account and for forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation.
As an Affiliate for Mj Stitched, your income based on your time and effort marketing and advertising our website and products. By placing our banners (get them from your affiliate account manager) with your affiliate link coded into it, if someone clicks on the banner and orders from our website, you earn a 10% commission of the total amount of the sale. It is that simple. You can place your banner on your website, message boards (as long as its not considered spam and your message board allows it) in your email signatures (not mass produced or spam) etc. You will NOT at anytime claim to work for Mj Stitched or make promises for services by Mj Stitched.
All earnings paid out by our affiliate program are your responsibility to report on your taxes. You are not employed by Mj Stitched, you are an independant representitive. All payouts earned and due to you will be paid via a paypal account or a money order so please make sure your paypal address is current. If you need to email us with special requests for your payment you may do so at any time and we will try our best to accomodate your wishes. Payouts are made once per month and once your account reaches at least $5 any affiliate account that has not reached $5 no payout will be made for that month. Once your account reaches $5 your payout will be made.
All affiliates will receive a 10% commission on all referred sales as well as a 15% discount on our products for your own personal use. You can contact me to get a voucher code to use when you want to purchase from our site and receive the 15% discount.
You May NOT:
Send out our banners or links to our website is mass emails considered spam. non-spam emails only.
You may not post our banners or website address on adult, hate or other related sites.
You cannot SPAM. We will terminate your account on the first offense of SPAMMING. Do not send email to lists or groups that you do not have permission to send to. I cannot stress this enough, we WILL terminate your account on the first offense and you will void and lose any affiliate payouts currently due to you.

Your income potential is up to you and how motivated you are to advertise
You are not an employee of Mj Stitched please do not represent yourself that way
No spamming using our company name, banners or links
Your responsible for your own income taxes for the affiliate commissions you earn. (Federal law requires anything over $600 earned per year to be reported)
No adult or hate sites
10% commission on sales generated with a payout each month as long as your account has reached $5
15% discount on purchases made by you in our store for yourself. You cannot combine the 15% discount with the 10% affiliate commission banner links.
